"Solid performance but room for growth"

Been using this service for some time now. Overall, pretty happy with the range of investment options and the interface is clean. Customer support is friendly but responses can be a bit slow sometimes. Fees are reasonable too. Would love to see more educational resources for newbies like myself. Still, definitely recommend it.

"Decent but Needs Improvement"

Experience was okay overall, but nothing really stood out to me. The interface felt a little confusing at first and customer support took a while to respond. Did get what I needed done after some time, but I expected smoother navigation and faster service honestly. Not terrible, just average.
