i opened an account expecting the usual upsell, but the day to day experience has been straightforward. i can switch between forex, crypto, and stocks without fighting the layout, and the real time charts and order ticket are easier than what i used before. Execution has been consistent for my trades. That said, i still double check fees per instrument and the exact spread at entry, since numbers can vary. For me, the structure and speed are worth it.
