Using TrustFeed

All you have to do is click "Write a Review," pick the business, and then tell your story. Share what happened clearly, rate it, and hit submit. It's quicker than it sounds.

Head to your profile, click your review, and choose edit or delete. We don't lock your words, and that is why you can change them anytime if needed.

The first thing you should do is flag it. You can then report the review and tell us what feels wrong. Our team checks reports daily, and we remove fake stuff without any delay.

Business Owners

Yes. They can reply publicly if they've claimed their page. But they can't delete your review, silence you, or block your opinion at all.

Report it. If a business tries to bribe or bully you, we want to know. Reviews should be honest, not bought or influenced unfairly.

No and never. No matter who asks. No business can pay to hide or delete a review. TrustFeed doesn't work that way, as it stays neutral.

Support

You'll get a warning, or your account may be frozen. Repeated rule-breakers get blocked. We're here for real stories, not wild behavior.
