Welcome
Thanks for visiting TrustFeed. We run a site where folks post reviews about all kinds of things, such as apps, sites, tools, stores, and more. By using TrustFeed, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They help keep everything fair and safe for everyone.
If you don’t agree, don’t use the site. It's as simple as that.
We may update these terms now and then. When that happens, we’ll post the new version right here. If the update changes something big, we’ll give you a heads-up. You can choose to stay or go. Either way, your call.
Who Can Use TrustFeed
To use TrustFeed, you must be at least 18 years old. If you're under 18, step away. This place isn’t built for you.
By signing up, you say you’re telling the truth about your age and that you're allowed to use the site. You also agree to follow all rules here, along with any laws in your area.
If you’re using TrustFeed for work or on behalf of someone else, you must have permission to do that. If something goes wrong, you or that group must take responsibility.
Your Account
You need an account to post or comment on reviews. Keep your login details safe. Don’t share them. If someone else messes around using your account, that’s on you.
If you spot something fishy, like a login you don’t recognize, then tell us right away. We’ll help you lock things down.
You can delete your account whenever you want. But we might keep some of your data if we have to. More on that in our Privacy Policy.
What You Can Post
TrustFeed gives you space to say what you think. But there's a line you can't cross. Here’s what you should not post:
Keep your posts honest and keep them fair. Speak from your own experience. We welcome different views, but we won’t keep content that harms, misleads, or breaks the law.
We don’t check every review right away. But if someone reports something shady, we’ll review it and may take it down.
What You Still Own
You own the reviews you write. But when you post on TrustFeed, you give us permission to show your review on our site and share it with others. We may use it in newsletters, ads, or even social posts.
This permission has no end. If you delete your account, we may still keep your posts, unless you ask us to remove them. We’ll try our best to help.
But you must also make sure your review doesn’t break someone else’s rights. If you post someone’s photo, song lyrics, or copied review, and they complain, that’s on you.
How We Handle Content
We don’t remove content just because someone disagrees. But we do remove content that breaks the rules. If your post causes harm, spreads lies, or breaks laws, it won’t last long.
We may also block accounts that break the rules over and over. Sometimes, we may stop someone without warning if the issue is big enough. We want to keep things safe.
If you feel your review was removed by mistake, you can reach out. We’ll take a second look.
What You Shouldn’t Do Here
There are a few big no-nos on TrustFeed. Don’t do these:
If you do these things, we may remove your account and report you if needed. We won’t wait around. This place is built on trust, and breaking that makes the whole thing fall apart. So we take that seriously.
How Reviews Get Ranked
Some reviews show up higher than others. Our system looks at things like how recent a review is, how many people rated it helpful, or how active the reviewer is. We don’t take money to boost reviews. We don’t bury reviews for fun either.
If you think a review is fake or wrong, you can report it. We’ll review it. If it breaks the rules, we’ll act on it. Sometimes reviews come in late. That’s okay. Better late than never. We want to show the full story, not just the shiny parts.
Ads and Promotions
TrustFeed may show ads. We may also post deals or product links. Some of these links may earn us money if you click or buy. If that happens, we’ll say so.
Ads will never affect review rankings. If you see something that looks off, tell us. We’ll look into it. We don’t let companies pay to delete bad reviews. That’s not how we roll.
Our Property
Everything we built, like our logo, design, code, and name, belongs to us. You can’t copy, sell, or change it unless we say yes. You also can’t use the TrustFeed name in a way that tricks others. If you want to mention us in an article, video, or post, go ahead. Just don’t pretend to speak for us.
Feedback You Send Us
Sometimes people send us tips, fixes, or ideas. If you send us feedback, you agree that we can use it. We might take your idea, build on it, and even profit from it. You won’t own what we make from it. But we do appreciate the help. We don’t owe money for feedback. If that doesn’t sit right, don’t send it. Just use the site and enjoy it.
Service Availability
We try to keep TrustFeed up and running without hiccups. But sometimes, stuff happens. Servers go down, updates cause bugs, or even a cup of coffee might get spilled in the wrong place.
We don’t promise the site will always work without any issues. We do our best, but things break. If you lose access, hang tight. We're usually quick to fix it. If it lasts longer, we'll update you.
We also have the right to pause or shut down parts of the site. That might be temporary or permanent. If we ever shut it down for good, we’ll try to give everyone a heads-up.
Limitation of Responsibility
TrustFeed is a place to post and read opinions. We don’t control what users say. We don’t take sides, and we don’t guarantee that everything on the site is accurate.
If you buy something because of a review and it goes sideways, that’s between you and the seller. We’re not responsible for damage, loss, or issues that happen because you trusted a review here. Read, think, and decide for yourself. That’s the deal.
Rule-Breaking and Termination
If someone breaks the rules, such as spamming, lying, or being nasty, then we might ban or suspend them and even take legal action if required. We don’t always warn people first. Sometimes it’s clear they need to go.
We can also stop someone from signing up again. If you try to sneak in after being banned, we may block your new account, too.
And if we see a whole bunch of bad behavior linked to one person or company, we might take bigger action. That could include legal steps. We don’t do it lightly, but we won’t ignore repeated damage.
Third-Party Services
TrustFeed may link to other websites. These are outside our hands. Clicking a link takes you to someone else’s site, and we don’t control what they do or say.
Their privacy rules, their cookies, and their way of doing things are all separate from us. If you have a problem on their site, you’ll need to take it up with them.
We’re also not responsible for deals, giveaways, or offers others promote on our platform. Just because it’s on our site doesn’t mean we’re involved.
Disputes Between Users
Sometimes people don’t agree. Someone posts a review, and someone else doesn’t like it. We get it.
However, we’re not here to settle personal fights. If two users can’t get along, we may step in, but we’re not judges or lawyers. If a post breaks the rules, we’ll remove it. If it doesn’t, we won’t.
If a legal matter shows up, say someone threatens to sue over a review, we may remove the content temporarily while we look into it. We may also pass along the complaint to the user who wrote the post.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe someone copied your content without permission, you can report it. We’ll need proof. If it checks out, we’ll take it down.
We follow standard rules for copyright complaints. If your content was removed and you think we made a mistake, you can file a counter-report. That may put your content back up unless the person who complained takes legal action.
We try to be fair. But we also take these complaints seriously.
International Use
TrustFeed is based in a single country, but people may use it in other places. If you're outside our home base, make sure the site is legal in your country. You’re responsible for following the rules there.
We don’t promise that everything here works the same way everywhere. Some features might not be available depending on where you are. Some laws might limit how you can use our site.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. If we make a big change, we’ll try to let you know. That might be through a notice on the homepage, an email, or another way.
By continuing to use TrustFeed after a change, you accept the new terms. If you don’t like them, your only real option is to stop using the site.
Disclaimer
We don’t promise that everything here is perfect. Sometimes reviews are wrong, sometimes someone posts something rude before we catch it. You use the site “as is.”
We don’t make guarantees. We don’t make promises. If something breaks or a review leads you the wrong way, we’re not on the hook. Use your own judgment, and that’s all we ask.
Indemnity
If your actions cause a problem, legal or otherwise, you agree to stand behind us. If someone sues us because of what you posted or did here, you agree to help cover the costs.
That means if your review breaks a law or hurts someone, and we get dragged into the mess, you agree to handle the fallout. We hope this never happens. But if it does, we’ll remind you of this part.
Contact Info
If you have questions, concerns, or complaints, you can reach out. We usually respond fast, especially if it’s something urgent.
You can contact our team through the form on the site or by emailing us. Be clear and to the point. The more details you share, the faster we can help. We also accept written requests through regular mail, but email is much faster.
Survival of Terms
Even if you stop using TrustFeed, some terms will stick around. These include anything to do with:
These parts stay active no matter what. They don’t expire with your account.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are the whole agreement between you and TrustFeed. If you’re wondering if there’s anything extra or hidden, there’s not.
If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stand. No one at TrustFeed can make a promise that overrides this document unless it's written and signed by someone in charge.
Language and Headings
We use plain speech in these terms to make things easier. The headings (like the ones in bold above) are there to help you skim and find info fast. They don’t carry legal meaning. The meaning of each section comes from the full text, not just the title.
