used it for a UK peer to peer ETH purchase; the escrow held my funds until the agreed transfer was completed. fewer headaches than doing a direct transfer. the steps were easy to follow; status updates helped. there is some waiting time for verification and release, so not ideal for last minute deals, but the protection felt worth it 🙂
