"Decent but could be better"

Tried this platform for a few weeks and it's sort of a mixed bag. Some features work alright but I found a couple of tools confusing. It’s not terrible but not amazing either. Ok for beginners I guess, just wish the interface was a bit smoother and customer support a lil faster.
