"Decent experience but mixed feelings"

Had some up and down moments with this platform. Was expecting a bit more in terms of customer support, which was kind of slow at times. The interface is alright, not too confusing, but sometimes it lagged. Still, I managed to get things done without too much hassle. Could be better.
