"Great platform with room for improvement"

I've had a mostly positive experience with this crypto exchange. The interface is user-friendly, and the transaction fees are competitive. However, sometimes the customer service response can be a bit slow. Overall a solid choice for trading but could be a tad quicker on support queries.
