"First time escrow for crypto"

I tried escrow for my first peer to peer crypto deal and it made me feel less exposed. The platform held the funds while we matched the terms, and once I sent the coin and the other side confirmed, the release steps were clear. I did have to double check the trade instructions a couple times, but that was more me than the service. Overall, it felt safer than trading directly.
