"It’s Okay, But Could Be Better"

Tried this service for a few weeks and it's been alright so far. Some of the features work well but there’s occasional delays that are a bit frustrating. The interface isn't the most user friendly either, but it does the job. Not sure if I’ll stick with it longterm.
