"It's okay but could be better"

The service performs decently most of the time and setup was pretty straightforward. However, I experienced a couple of unexpected slowdowns throughout the week which made things a bit frustrating. Support response was average, nothing special but not terrible either. It's just alright for the price, not sure if I'll renew or look elsewhere next time.
