I used it for a USDC sale after a sketchy buyer tried to push me into sending first. With escrow, my funds stayed locked until the other side completed the agreed delivery, and the release happened automatically once the checkpoints were met. The flow was easy to follow, and it cut out a lot of the usual stress around confirmations and timing. Much safer for anyone trading crypto peer to peer 🙂
