"Great service, room for improvement"

Had a really good experience overall, lots of professionalism from the staff and pretty quick with replies to my questions. The process was smooth and friendly, only wish there’d been a little more info upfront about the procedures. Would definitely recommend but hope to see a bit more transparency next time.
