"Decent platform but could improve"

Some of the features are pretty easy to use, but I did have a bit of trouble with the customer support response time. Trading options are ok but not the widest selection out there. It’s fine for getting started, just not amazing if you’re looking for anything too advanced.

I like that I can access several markets from one platform, which makes managing trades much easier.
