"Decent But Needs Improvement"

The platform is kinda average honestly. Some tools work well but the interface feels outdated. Customer service was okay, took a bit to respond but they did help eventually. I wish there were more features for beginners though. It's not bad if you already know what you’re doing, but could be better for sure.
