"Decent but room for improvement"

The service was average overall. Communication could have been smoother and a few deadlines slipped by. That said, the team was generally responsive and tried to fix issues quickly. If they work on their project management, it could be a lot better. Not bad, but not amazing either. Would consider trying them again in the future.
