"Decent but Not Great"

I had a pretty average experience overall. The application process was ok but took longer than I'd hoped for. Customer service answered my questions but not every rep seemed super knowledgeable. Rates were fair but not exceptional, so I still felt a bit on the fence. It’s alright if you need quick options, but shop around too.

"Not Bad, But Could Be Better"

The overall service was okay, though getting approved took longer than I expected. Communication was a bit slow too. I got the funding in the end but wished the process was more streamlined. It's decent if you’re not in a big hurry, but probably wouldn't use again unless things improve.
