I have used it for crypto spot and a few forex trades. Execution is fine, and the web charts do the job. I am not sold on the depth of the analysis tools though, and the support replies can be slow when something goes wrong.

"Good start for crypto"
First time on this exchange for crypto and it felt straightforward. The web app is clean, deposits showed up quickly, and trades went through without fuss. I did want more guidance on risk settings, but overall it is a solid entry point in the UK market.

i first checked their market updates after missing a move on bitcoin, not great timing on my side. Their breakdown of support levels and catalysts made the next trade feel less like a guess. I’ve used their signals for both crypto and FX since then. Execution on orders has been steady, and the risk notes are easy to spot. I wish the live feed had slightly more detail intraday, but overall it’s been reliable.
