"Decent but Has Room to Improve"
Service was just okay, nothing really stood out to me. Communication was sometimes slow and the final results were not exactly what I hoped for. It wasn’t terrible, just average overall. I think there’s potential but definitely needs some tweaks to make things smoother and more reliable for clients.

"Okay but could be better"
Tried this service for my crypto taxes. It's alright, got the job done but I felt it was a bit clunky at times. Some features felt confusing and I had to reach out to support a couple of times. Decent option but I think there are smoother tools out there.

"It’s Okay, Could Be Better"
Decent selection of wallets and accessories, but shipping took a bit longer than I hoped. Customer service was responsive, but didn’t always solve issues right away. Prices are fair I guess but nothing really wow’d me. Overall just an average shopping experience, nothing terrible but nothing amazing either.

"Not bad but could be better"
Tried it for a few weeks and honestly it's fine for simple investing. Sometimes the interface lags and could use better explenations for beginners. Support was helpful enough but I expected a bit more. Not terrible just not impressive either. Would say it's average overall.
