"Not worth the wait"
The food arrived cold and it took way longer than I expected. Delivery guy was polite but that didn’t make up for my missing order item. I probably won’t use this app again unless they sort these issues. Disappointed honestly.

"Not quite what I hoped for"
Tried ordering dinner last night but it took way too long to arrive and was already cold. The sandwich was soggy and fries were not crispy at all. Expected better quality for the price I paid. Probably won't be my first choice next time, sorry!

"Quite a let down this time"
Food arrived pretty cold and took longer than I expected. Portion was smaller than usual and honestly not worth the price I paid. Maybe just a bad day, but I probably won’t try it again soon.

"Not Great, Not Awful"
Honestly, I was expecting much better service but my order took way longer than promised and the food came a bit cold. The app works fine but if the food doesn’t show up fresh what’s the point? Will probally try somewhere else next time.
