Tried out this agency for a few months. It's very good but it takes them a few days to respond to issues sometimes, overall a good experience but they need to learn to respond quicker!

"Fun Night but Some Issues"
The silent disco setup was a cool idea for our party and most people enjoyed it. However, a couple of the headphones had some static noise and weren't working properly. Staff were friendly but fixing the issues took longer than expected. Overall it was alright, but probably could be improved for next time.

"Decent Experience but Room for Improvement"
Hired their headphones for our party and most worked fine, but a couple didn't connect well. Staff were friendly and fixed issues quickly over the phone. Delivery was a bit late, though. Fun overall but I expected little more for the price. Might try someone else next time just to compare the experience.
