I used their escrow for a peer to peer USDT trade in the UK. It made the process feel safer than direct transfer, and I liked that funds were held until both sides completed the agreed steps. Fees were fair for the added protection, but it took a bit of time for verification and confirmations, so I would plan ahead if you are in a hurry.

i tried it for a UK P2P ETH transfer. Funds stayed in escrow until both sides confirmed. The step by step flow was clear, and the status updates reduced the usual back and forth. Only minor snag: verifcation took longer than expected. Still, it felt safer than direct sends.
