So I tried this company for some consulting needs. Service was ok not super fast but got the job done in the end. Communication could be better honestly. Price was alright, neither too high or low. Would use again only if I had no other options available.

Service was okay, nothing too special honestly. Uptime was mostly reliable but I did run into a few slow periods. Support team was friendly enough but answers took a while sometimes. It's not the worst experience, just wished performance was more consistent. Might look around a bit more next time before renewing.

"Decent Experience, But Could Be Better"
Overall things were okay, the application process was pretty smooth but the fees caught me off guard. Customer service responded to my questions, which was good. Didn’t get exactly what I wanted, but it did help me out short term. Might shop around next time before making a final decison.

"Decent but has room for improvement"
So I tried this hosting service for a couple months now. It's okay for basic sites but I had some issues with downtime and support could be faster honestly. Not terrible, just not amazing either. If you need something simple and cheap, it works, but power users might want to look elsewhere.
