"Almost Perfect Tool"
I started using this software for my team and wow, productivity shot up. The interface is clean and mostly easy to navigate although sometimes I get a bit lost in the menus. Minor learning curve but worth it. Support was responsive when I needed help. Would def recommend it to coworkers. One star off for weird menu placement though.
