Tried this out for a couple weeks and it's okay. Some features felt a bit confusing at first and the interface was a bit clunky for me. Support responded but took longer than I hoped. It's useful if you're patient but I expected a bit more polish given the hype.

"Decent but Could be Better"
Shipping took longer than I was hoping for and support wasn't super quick to reply. The product works fine for storing my coins, just wish the instructions were a bit clearer for newbies. It's not bad, but I expected a bit more for the price.

The food came warm and the portions were okay but it took longer than I expected to arrive. Some of the items were missing from my order too. Wish the app was a bit clearer about estimated time. Not the worst experience but hoping for better next time.

"Decent but room for improvement"
The service was average overall. Communication could have been smoother and a few deadlines slipped by. That said, the team was generally responsive and tried to fix issues quickly. If they work on their project management, it could be a lot better. Not bad, but not amazing either. Would consider trying them again in the future.
