i have used the platform several times now. The alerts are steady, and the charts load quickly. i like that the research notes stay consistent across sessions. Support still responds without drama. Only gripe is occasional minor data delay in fast markets.

"Good start as a newcomer"
I joined a couple of weeks ago and felt guided right away. Setup was pretty painless, and the watchlists make it easy to follow what I care about. Support answered my question quickly and pointed me to the right screen. Only small downside: a few reports could be more neatly formatted.

"Good day to day"
Used it for a few weeks. It saves time on scanning, signals are clear, and charts load quick. Support answered fast when I asked about filters. Only thing: one report had a missing word (droppd letter) which was annoying, but they were helpful anyway.
