Trip was ok overall. Some arrangements seemed rushed and I wished there were more clear details shared before departure. Staff was helpful when contacted, but I expected more seamless planning. It wasn't bad but didn't wow me either honestly.

The service was ok for basic crypto tax questions but I was hoping for a bit more detailed advice. It worked, but some responses felt rushed. Not bad, but not amazing either. If you're looking for simple help, it does the job.

"Decent but could be better"
Tried this platform for a few weeks and it's sort of a mixed bag. Some features work alright but I found a couple of tools confusing. It’s not terrible but not amazing either. Ok for beginners I guess, just wish the interface was a bit smoother and customer support a lil faster.

Service was okay, nothing really stood out though. The platform is straightforward to use but I found some features missing that I was hoping for. Customer support replied but took a while which was a bit annoying. Might stay for now, still looking around for better options though.
