Sylt Pickling
Sylt emerged in 2021 when friends and former colleagues Ash Ringhus and Temi Olugbenga decided to tackle the challenges of home pickling. Frustrated by how much time it took to boil and cool down vinegar solutions, they noticed that the only convenient alternative was buying pre-pickled foods, which often meant limited options. Their innovative answer was to create ready made pickling liquids, removing the most time consuming step while giving home cooks the freedom to pickle any ingredients they choose.
