Red Crane Wellness is an acupuncture and Chinese medicine clinic based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, serving patients throughout Hamilton County and the surrounding areas. The clinic was established by Dr. Ariadni Spinali, a board-certified acupuncturist with a practice dating back to 2015. After building a successful practice in California, Dr. Spinali opened the Chattanooga clinic in 2022. She is joined by Dr. Emily Clark, a licensed acupuncturist and Doctor of Acupuncture, who specializes in Chinese herbal medicine. The clinic addresses a variety of conditions, such as chronic and acute pain, women's health issues, digestive disorders, migraines, insomnia, and stress. Red Crane Wellness also provides SAAT for individuals with Alpha Gal syndrome and other allergy-related conditions. In addition to acupuncture, the clinic offers herbal prescriptions, nutritional guidance, supplement support, dry needling, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and electric stimulation. The practice is distinguished by its focus on personalized care and in-depth diagnostics. Dr. Spinali has devoted over ten years to studying medical pulse diagnosis under masters of the technique, an advanced level of training that enhances the understanding of complex cases from the initial visit. Initial consultations last about an hour and encompass a comprehensive health history, physical examination, and tongue and pulse diagnosis.
